COMMUNITY FORUM 1

To create Community Forum that supports learning and communication between employees, customers and partners. The area has to include the ability to upload photo and video content for involving customers in challenges and different activities with new products.

COMMUNITY FORUM 2

Approach

To create Umbraco pages for managing community pages, categories and menus. Content moderation, user role assignment based on Umbraco page security. Developing a microservice with the ability to upload videos and photos via AWS service.

To create community topics and posts with different types, likes, and comments. Adding the ability to subscribe to topics and other users to get personalized news feed and daily email notifications.

Our community forum has an opportunity to inform our users by mail. Performance awards were also introduced. The community forum has improved the search for community content. Themes can be created and categorized.

Result
